Mix together with liquid ingredients in a glass and squeeze 1/2 lime. Use lime slices and mint leaves to garnish. You can use bowl and wooden spoon in place of mortar and pestle. ** The Great Margarita "On The Rocks" 1 oz. Premium Tequila ½ oz. Triple Sec 1 oz. Orange Juice 3 limes (Squeezed into glass) Ice Notes for quality: Use a "Silver" tequila. Add the ingredients into the funky margarita glass but remember to use quality ice and limes. For blended, same recipe, just use a cup of ice and a blender. ** Bloody Mary 1 oz. Premium Vodka 6 oz. Tomato Juice 1 tsp. Black pepper 1 tsp. Worcestershire Sauce 1 Squeeze of lemon 1 Dash of Tabasco pepper sauce (if desired) Mix vodka and cold tomato juice in a glass with 1 cup of ice. Add spices and Worcestershire Sauce. Squeeze slice of lemon, stir with a celery stick and enjoy. ** Gin and Tonic 1-2 oz. Gin 5-6 oz. Tonic Limes Notes for quality: The simplest drinks are always the most difficult to perfect. And this one tops that list. The key is quality ingredients, most notably the tonic. So get a good bottle. A good gin is important too though so I recommend Tanguray. Once you know to use good gin and high quality tonic, just add some ice and lime slices and your set. ** The Goodness 1 oz. Vodka *Choose something with smooth flavor such as Ketal One 2 drops of lime juice 5-6 oz. lemonade Splash of grenadine Notes for quality: Using a standard 8oz. cup and fresh ice, add your vodka and lime juice. Stir to get the lime juice and vodka thoroughly mixed. Add the lemonade and top it off with a splash of Rose grenadine. Garnish with a lemon for looks.
